What gets checked
✓
Nothing has changed since it was sealed The content still hashes to what the signature covers.
◈
Who signed it The key of the person who issued it, and this deployment's countersignature.
⌚
When it was signed, not when you were told A timestamp from an independent RFC 3161 authority. Not a qualified (eIDAS) one.
☺
And what it does not say Not whether it was paid, and not whether the signer was allowed to bill for the company.

These need nothing from us: the seal and its timestamp are mathematics, so they still answer years from now with this site gone. What is missing is an authority check — whether the signer was allowed to bill for that company — and until something performs it, this page does not claim it.
